Affiliate Code of Conduct - Dream Deal Group

Introduction

At Dream Deal Group, we believe in fostering a transparent, trustworthy, and ethical affiliate program. As an affiliate of Dream Deal Group, you are expected to uphold these principles to protect the integrity of the brand and ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. The following points outline the expectations and obligations for all affiliates participating in the program.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those in India, as well as relevant advertising standards.
  • Affiliates must respect all consumer protection laws, Data Protection Regulations, and privacy laws such as the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules under the Information Technology Act.
2. Ethical Marketing Practices
  • Affiliates must ensure that all marketing materials, including advertisements, promotions, and social media posts, are honest, accurate, and transparent.
  • Misleading or false advertising, including exaggerating product benefits, manipulating images, or making unsubstantiated claims, is strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Dream Deal Group in any promotional content, ensuring that customers are aware they may earn a commission if they make a purchase through affiliate links.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
  • Affiliates are prohibited from using Dream Deal Group’s logos, trademarks, or brand assets without express permission.
  • Affiliates must not infringe upon or misuse any intellectual property rights held by Dream Deal Group or its partners. Any unauthorized use of Dream Deal Group’s brand name or intellectual property will lead to termination of the affiliate partnership and legal action, if necessary.
4. Prohibition of Fraudulent Practices
  • Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, including generating fake clicks, sales, or leads.
  • Use of automated scripts or tools to simulate activity, click fraud, or any form of deceptive practice is strictly forbidden. Affiliates should only generate sales through ethical and legal means.
5. Spam and Unsolicited Communication
  • Spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or engaging in other forms of unwanted or intrusive marketing is strictly prohibited. Affiliates should comply with India's spam regulations, ensuring that all communication is opted-in by the recipients.
  • Affiliates must refrain from using unsolicited phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication that could negatively impact Dream Deal Group’s reputation or customer experience.
6. Customer Data Privacy and Protection
  • Affiliates must not share, store, or use any customer data obtained through Dream Deal Group’s affiliate program, unless authorized. Affiliates are required to comply with all relevant data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Indian Personal Data Protection Bill.
  • All customer interactions must prioritize privacy and data security.
7. Prohibition of Unfair Competition
  • Affiliates should not engage in any activities that undermine Dream Deal Group’s business relationships, reputation, or competitive position.
  • This includes but is not limited to: bidding on Dream Deal Group’s branded keywords, creating imitation websites, or impersonating Dream Deal Group’s official communications.
8. No Click-Through Manipulation
  • Affiliates must refrain from encouraging or manipulating customers to click on affiliate links with the sole purpose of generating commissions.
  • Practices such as incentivizing clicks, using false or misleading headlines, or any other form of manipulation to generate affiliate traffic are prohibited.
9. Right to Modify or Terminate the Program
  • Dream Deal Group reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will imply acceptance of those changes.
  • Affiliates may also have their accounts terminated for violations of this code of conduct, and any commissions earned through non-compliant activities will be forfeited.
10. Compensation and Payout Integrity
  • Affiliates will be compensated based on sales, leads, or clicks as outlined in the affiliate program terms. Dream Deal Group will ensure timely payments for valid transactions.
  • Affiliates must not artificially inflate their earnings by manipulating sales data or through fraudulent practices.
11. Conflict of Interest
  • Affiliates should avoid any activities that present a conflict of interest with Dream Deal Group. This includes promoting competing products or services that directly conflict with the company’s interests, without obtaining prior approval.
12. Respectful and Professional Behavior
  • Affiliates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully in all communications with Dream Deal Group, its customers, partners, and other affiliates.
  • Affiliates must not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behaviour.
13. Indemnification
  • Affiliates agree to indemnify Dream Deal Group and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from their actions that violate this Code of Conduct or any applicable laws.
14. Right to Audit and Monitor Activities
  • Dream Deal Group reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities and conduct audits to ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct. If any violations are detected, Dream Deal Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate’s participation in the program.
  • Affiliates must cooperate with any audits or requests for information by Dream Deal Group related to their affiliate activities.
15. Communication and Support
  • Affiliates must maintain active and responsive communication with Dream Deal Group. Any queries or concerns should be addressed promptly via the official affiliate support channels.
  • Dream Deal Group will provide necessary guidance and support to affiliates to ensure their success, and affiliates must utilize these resources responsibly.
16. All Rights Reserved
  • Dream Deal Group reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate this Affiliate Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the affiliate program implies agreement to the updated terms.
  • Dream Deal Group holds exclusive ownership of all content, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the affiliate program.
  • All decisions made by Dream Deal Group regarding the affiliate program, including commission disputes or termination of affiliates, are final and binding.

By agreeing to become an affiliate of Dream Deal Group, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Affiliate Code of Conduct.
